spTakegawa特殊离合器套件是发动机调校所需的标准项目。
【专用离合器套件】
将离合器安装在副驾(变速器主轴)上,以减轻曲轴的负荷,从而减轻重量,提高油门响应速度。
附着的主从动齿轮内置有减震器,以减少离合器连接时的震动。将摩擦片的数量增加到5个,通过调校可以支持输出功率更大的发动机。
至于离合器的类型,可以选择标准型或滑块离合器,以减少后扭矩。
【铝合金压铸离合器盖】
专利结构:节温器和油路结构
离合器盖采用压铸铝材质。
可以将油清除到油冷却器。
可选择安装带有形状记忆合金弹簧的恒温装置。这样可以防止过冷。
温控器装置单独出售。
采用可靠的 "纸筒式 "油滤芯。
发动机机油检查窗由耐用玻璃制成。
安装了带集成盖的离合器电缆接收器。
【打滑离合器】
打滑离合器是通过在发动机快速制动时打滑离合器(后扭矩)来控制发动机制动器的工作状态。
通过这种方式,可以减少发动机制动时突然改变姿态和后胎跳动,从而降低发动机的负荷。
当然,在正常行驶过程中,离合器的工作原理与传统的专用离合器相同,所以即使发动机功率很大,离合器也不会打滑。
压盘和离合器凸轮安装在离合器中,它连接曲轴和变速器之间的动力。
这样一来,后轮传来的回力矩就会传递给离合器凸轮,压盘凸轮和离合器凸轮工作,将压盘压下,使其半离合,释放回力矩。

The SP TAKEGAWA special clutch kit which also correspond to the high power engine is a standard item required with the engine tuning.
[Special Clutch Kit]
It reduces the burden on the crankshaft, and improves the throttle response with weight saving in order to mount the clutch body to the secondary side (transmission main shaft).
It incorporates a damper in the attached primary driven gear, reducing the shock when connecting the clutch. It correspond to the engine which has been increase in power by tuning with setting the number of friction disc to 5.
In addition to the standard clutch type, you can choose from a slip clutch that reduces back torque.

Patent Acquisition Structure: Thermostat Mounting Part and Oil Line Structure
The clutch cover adopts aluminum die-casting.
It is possible to remove the oil to the oil cooler
It is possible to mount the Thermostat Unit with optional shape memory alloy spring. It prevents over cooling.
Thermostat Unit is sold separately.
It adopts cartridge type paper type, and it is reliable for oil elements.

[Slipper Clutch]
The Slipper Clutch, it controls the braking force of the engine brake, and it slips the clutch when a sudden engine brake (back torque) is applied.

It does not slip clutch even if it is a high power engine because it operates the same as conventional Special Clutch during standard riding.
It has a pressure plate and a clutch cam dedicated to the clutch section that connects the power between the crankshaft and the mission.
As a result, the back torque transmitted from the rear wheel is transmitted to the clutch camshaft, and it operates the camshaft of the pressure plate and clutch, and it makes it into a half clutch state and relieves back torque by using the pressure plate down.
It adopts the secondary side clutch attached to the main shaft of the mission like the standard clutch, and reduces the burden on the crankshaft.
